The Gold Circle and Silver Circle are honor societies for those who have made significant contributions to our chapter’s television and digital media industry. The Gold Circle is for those who have spent 50+ years working in pursuit of our profession’s highest and most noble goals, primarily within our chapter. The Silver Circle is for those with 25+ years of contributions.

In addition to setting a high standard for their work in broadcasting, inductees are also noted for community service, which may include service to the broadcasting industry, mentoring upcoming journalists, service to NATAS and general contributions to the community at large.

Inductees may cover those in academic, administrative, creative, journalistic, performing or technical roles within the television industry. Admission to the Gold Circle or Silver Circle is reserved for professionals who haven’t just witnessed change in an industry, they’ve led it. Inductees are chosen by their peers through a selection committee established by NATAS NW.

“The 2025 class includes inspirational, trailblazing and dedicated television professionals who have made a difference in their stations, their markets and this profession,” said Greg Thies, NATAS NW president. “We look forward to honoring their accomplishments as part of the Emmy weekend.”
