The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Northwest Chapter promotes excellence by showcasing work created by high school students in news, craft and programming categories.
These awards are open to any College, University, Trade Schools and High School in the Northwest chapter’s area. Recipients are recognized at the Northwest Regional Emmy® Awards event each year with Student Production Awards.
2025 NATAS Northwest Student Production Awards Call for Entries covers both the College Division and High School Division Student Production Awards. College and High School nominees will be announced in late April and award recipients will be announced and recognized in June.
To be eligible, entries must have been produced in the Northwest Region during the eligibility period of 2024 but must not have been entered in a prior year’s Student Production Awards.

Entry Deadline: Friday, February 28, 2025
A cost of $30 per entry (regardless of number of student entrants on the entry), however NATAS Northwest offers a fee waiver for High School entries in some circumstances to help eliminate a financial barrier that may otherwise keep a talented student or team of students from entering their work. Details are noted below in the “fees” section of the Rules & Regulations.
These awards are to recognize STUDENTS in their PRODUCTION. Teachers/Instructors/Advisors are an important part of students’ learning but are not recognized as recipients of the Student Production Awards.
