Bradley Warren
Bradley Warren I’m a fourth-generation Washingtonian, specifically a fourth-generation Spokanite!
My family has deep roots in the community, my dad is one of 10 and my grandma was one of 12.
I attended Mt. Spokane High School, Spokane Falls Community College, and ultimately the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University, Go Cougs!
I always had a deep love for journalism, and working on the television side was always a dream of mine. In 2012, I started my career in journalism, with the Associated Press working election and sports data, doing close to five years in the Spokane bureau.
Post college, I took my first on-air job as the Bozeman bureau reporter for ABC/FOX Montana, covering the Bozeman and Yellowstone area.
The pandemic afforded me an opportunity for me to return home to Spokane in a new role for KHQ Inc. our parent company, as the “right now reporter,” I also headed up our companies vaccination coverage with a daily segment in five states locally specific called “vax facts.”
Now in a new role, I anchor Wake Up Montana which airs across the state of Montana on multiple network affiliates, I still maintain the role of “Right Now Reporter,” and appear daily on KHQ in Spokane.
I have a deep passion for serving underserved media markets and believe strongly in the power of local journalism. From politics to the feel-good story about the hometown kid at the Super Bowl, I enjoy the opportunity to cover it all.
Outside of work, I enjoy figure skating, and competed competitively and did a few shows, though-- I’m a tad rusty now.
